Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our atelier inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
